Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, Happins pinsa are taking over the world.
Happins pinsas are made with love and tradition. The dough is made from sourdough and the best flours (wheat/whole grain and rice) are carefully selected and it gets extra flavor from extra virgin olive oil. The dough is left to rise for a long time and twice for about 48 hours. Only after this are the Happins buns ready to be baked. It is made by hand: that is why no two Happins are the same!
Happins buns in the Food Service range come frozen. There are several sizes of pinsa – 150 g, 230 g and 400 g. Happins pinsa are also available pre-filled: Magherita 200g and 340g, Salame 210g and 350g. Both wheat and whole grain versions are available.
The size of the individually wrapped ambient pinsa is 230g.
It is recommended to thaw frozen pinsa at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. Place on an oven rack and cook in a convection oven at 230/240°C for 5-6 minutes – the time depends on the oven and the fillings used.
