In the current world situation, the price of vegetable oils, such as sunflower seed oil and olive oil, has risen rapidly. The oils in question are those that are needed, for example, to preserve vegetables and vegetables in both HoReCa and retail products. In traditional cans, the amount of oil can be up to half of the contents of the package. All product formats have their advantages, but the abundant use of oil and glass as packaging material inevitably make the packages heavy to transport.
Monditaly brings available to HoReCa customers an interesting novelty from Viander: Bella Atmosfera canned vegetables in user-friendly packaging. The packaging material is 100% recyclable plastic, where the products are easy to transport and store. The air-removing preservation technology and the use of shielding gas enable the products to be preserved for at least 18 months unopened at room temperature.
Only 5% oil has been used in the products, which makes the products very convenient to use: the oil does not have to be drained separately, the products are immediately ready to serve. The packaging is designed in such a way that it can also be used as a serving dish in a showcase. After use, the lid can be pressed back into place and the package stored in the refrigerator. After opening, the product will keep for at least three days. A small amount of high-quality oil is not absorbed into the fibers of the vegetables, but their color remains natural and unchanged. The vegetables retain their natural, authentic taste anyway, because there is no need to use vinegar either. The Bella Atmosfera line includes e.g. artichokes and mushrooms in different forms, sun-dried tomatoes and friarielli.
Bella Atmosfera products are now available to order from Monditaly.
