La Molisana is one of the most traditional pasta manufacturers in Italy.
Molisana is not just a pasta brand, but also the story of the family that founded it. The family has been making high-quality pasta from durum wheat for four generations. The company wants to produce pasta made in the Molise region with unique characteristics. The skills passed down from generation to generation, perseverance and the solid structures of the company represent the values ​​of Molisana.
The best durum wheat has been selected for to produce Molisana pasta. It has unique characteristics: a strong aroma, a bright yellow color. The durum wheat is mixed with water that comes from the natural sources of the Matese mountain. The slow drying process and pure raw materials create the unique taste and structure of Molisana pasta.
The Food Service range includes 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg packages. Pasta shapes are available in both the traditional Teflon and bronze casting methods.

In addition to pasta, La Molisana’s range also includes tomato and pasta sauces and pestos. These products are currently available in retail sizes.
