The durum wheat is mixed with water that comes from the natural sources of the Matese mountain. The slow drying process and pure raw materials create the unique taste and structure of Molisana pasta.
The Food Service range includes 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg packages. Pasta shapes are available in both the traditional Teflon and bronze casting methods.

In addition to pasta, La Molisana’s range also includes tomato and pasta sauces and pestos. These products are currently available in retail sizes.
